Letters
Society director Michael Goyert is an emerging film maker from Vancouver, BC, whose film LETTERS has been submitted to film festivals across Canada.
In June, 2017, LETTERS was screened at Vancity Theatre to a large audience.
The film narrative and focus of marital dysfunction is based on Charlie Fish’s story “Death by Scrabble”. Categorized as short film, it has a run-time of approximately 9 minutes.
Synopsis:
Phil and Gerty play their usual Sunday afternoon game of “Letters”. But today is different. Something dark boils below the surface of the game, setting off a series of unexpected events, forever changing their marriage.
